Syndicate Bank Officers' Association is an association of officers of SyndicateBank registered under the Indian Trade Union Act. It was formed in 1973 and has entered its 40th year of existence. The Association represents nearly 10000 officers of SyndicateBank and is a sole bargaining agent for the officers. It is a recognized trade union of the officers and is a party in all bipartite forums established in the Bank for negotiations, consultations, welfare schemes, etc.

It is a apolitical independent trade union affiliated to All India Bank Officers´Confederation (AIBOC) and All India Nationalised Banks Officers´ Federation (AINBOF - a wing of AIBOC).
